Reference: Procurement of Paper (local 68 gsm) and Bleach Card (imported 210 gsm) — Ref: P-69791. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders for the supply of goods described in the bidding documents. Procurement will use a Single Stage–One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules.

Bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 and through the procuring agency as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount specified in the bidding documents.
Submission deadline: 2026-08-12 at 11:00 AM PKT. Bid opening: 2026-08-12 at 11:30 AM PKT. Late bids will be rejected. Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 and follow the e-bidding instructions in the bidding documents.
