CDA Corrigendum: E-Bidding for Monsoon Market & Road Maintenance (RRC-2026) – Closing 2026-08-10

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Market & Roads Maintenance North, Islamabad. CDA invites e-bids (corrigendum) for "Arrangements for Monsoon Market & Road Maintenance Directorate, CDA (RRC-2026)" (Ref: P67712).

Procurement method: Single Stage–One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit or by submitting a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Scanned copy of Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS; the original instrument must be submitted on 2026-08-07 against the firm’s account with the firm’s name clearly mentioned on the instrument.

Performance security: If the total bid amount is more than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder must submit a Call Deposit as performance security equal to the difference between the NIT amount and the total quoted amount less 10% of the NIT amount. This performance security is in addition to earnest money; bids without required performance security will be rejected. The performance security of the successful bidder will be released after completion of the project.

Submission: E-bids only via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. E-bids must follow instructions in the e-bidding documents.
