Tender: Framework Contracts 2026–27 for Medicines, Dialysis & Miscellaneous — THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra (District Faisalabad). Framework contract tenders are invited through Punjab e-Procurement for supply of medicines, surgical/disposable items, dialysis medicines & consumables, and miscellaneous items for FY 2026–27. Eligible bidders: Income Tax / GST / PST filers; registered firms, partnerships, sole proprietors and companies as per Punjab Procurement Rules.

Submission & bidding instructions:

- Bidding will be conducted through e-Procurement (single stage, two envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Interested bidders must participate through the Punjab e-procurement portal and EPADS.

- Bids must be uploaded on EPADS/e-procurement on or before 2026-08-04 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the office of the undersigned in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Each bid must be accompanied by a 2% Bid Security (valid 180 days) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque from a scheduled bank in favor of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra. The original CDR must be submitted on or before the closing date and time.

- Bidding documents, terms & conditions and specifications are available via the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must provide active NTN and Sales Tax registration where applicable. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
