| Revised requirement (Financial Statements) | Entities must provide audited financial statements for the last three (3) years. The latest set must not be older than the financial year ended 30 June 2025. |
| Provision for unaudited year | If an entity does not have audited financial statements available for a financial year ended 30 June 2025, it may submit management accounts for that year together with the last three (3) audited financial statements and a letter from the auditor confirming that the audited financial statements will be made available. The audited statements must then be submitted no later than 2026-10-31. |
| Documents to submit | Three (3) years audited financial statements (as revised above) or management accounts plus auditor's confirmation letter, as applicable. |
| How to obtain amended RSOQ | Amended RSOQ may be downloaded from the Privatisation Commission website: www.privatisation.gov.pk. |
Interested parties should review the amended RSOQ and ensure compliance with the revised audited financial statement requirement. Any audited financial statements missing at submission must be delivered by the audited-statement deadline of 2026-10-31.
