TDAP Invites Bids Under PPRA Rules – Online Registration on ePADS 2.0 Required

Issuing agency: Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). TDAP, as the procuring agency under PPRA Rules 2013, invites sealed/online bids from eligible firms/vendors for the procurement specified in the bidding documents. Interested vendors must be registered on the e-procurement portal (vendors.epads.gov.pk / ePADS 2.0) and submit bids through the portal.

Key requirements and instructions:

• Tender fee (call deposit) of Rs. 5,000 is required.
• Bid security of Rs. 120,000 is indicated in the notice.
• All bidders must register on vendors.epads.gov.pk and submit bids online via the ePADS 2.0 platform.
• Procurement and bidding will follow PPRA rules; reference to clause 36(a) of PPRA is included in the notice.
• Incomplete bids or bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids are to be submitted by the time stated in the tender notice; bids will be received until 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the advertised closing/opening date.
