Punjab Highways Dept Tender — Special/Repair of Daska–Sambrial Road (SE No.268/DB) — Bids due 2026-08-13

Issuing authority: Executive Engineer, Highways Division Sialkot (Punjab Highways Department). Electronic tenders are invited via the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors in the relevant category with a valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27.

• Registration: Contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) before participating.
• Bid security: As per PPRA Rules 2014, bidders must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through digital online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Sialkot.
• Performance guarantee: The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount (in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Certified Cheque/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) within 15 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance; the guarantee must remain valid for 30 days beyond the completion/extended period.
