Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Tender Notice for Works & Supplies (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), Works Branch, Lahore. Sealed tenders are invited from contractors under PPRA Rule 36(b) for various construction, repair, maintenance and supply works for Financial Year 2026-27.

Tender forms with detailed specifications can be obtained from the Works Branch, Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), Lahore at a cost of Rs. 5,000 (cash, non-refundable). Tenders are also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). All firms must quote their Sales Tax registration number and NTN; quotations without these numbers will be rejected.

Tender opening and submission: Tenders/offers will be opened on 2028-08-05 at 1200 hours. Tenders can be deposited before 1400 hours on the same day. Firms registered with Headquarters will deposit 2.5% earnest money; unregistered firms will deposit 5% earnest money in favour of "Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore" by pay order or call deposit (refundable).

The Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals/bids at any time prior to acceptance. On request, the procuring agency will communicate grounds for rejection to any bidder who submitted a bid.
