Issuer: Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Corrigendum / Addendum (I) to the Request for Statement of Qualification (RSOQ) for privatization of Batch I DISCOs: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO).
Summary of amendment: The Privatisation Commission has amended the RSOQ definition and minimum documentary requirement for financial statements. The RSOQ now requires submission of the entity's last three (3) years of audited financial statements, with the latest audited year not older than the financial year ended 30 June 2025. Where an entity's financial year extends beyond 30 June 2025 and the subsequent financial statements are not yet audited, those statements may be submitted as management accounts together with the last three audited financial statements and a letter from the auditor confirming when the audit of the management accounts will be completed. Any outstanding audited financial statements must be submitted no later than 2026-10-31.
