Banking Court No.1 Hyderabad will hold a public auction to recover Rs. 501,214 (including costs) in Execution No. 161 of 2021 (Suit No. 106 of 2020) instituted by House Building Finance Corporation, Branch Hyderabad, against Parvez Ali Memon and Piyar Ali Memon. The property offered is a residential plot No. 24 (area 1,080 sq. ft.) adjacent to the bus stop on College Road, Pir Mahboob Colony, Tando Muhammad Khan. Sale value is shown as Rs. 7,387,200.
