Trademark & Copyright Notice — SunnyD STAT (Scotmann Pharmaceuticals, Islamabad)

Issuer: Scotmann Pharmaceuticals (Islamabad) and Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt.) Limited, through legal counsel Ali & Associates.

Purpose: Formal trademark and copyright notice regarding the products and trade get-up marketed under the marks "SunnyD STAT" (SunnyD STAT Softgel Capsule) and "SUNDION" (SUNDION Vitamin D3, 200,000 IU). The notice asserts proprietary rights (registered/pending with IPO Pakistan) and warns against unauthorized use, sale, manufacture, distribution, packaging, advertising or marketing of infringing products or packaging imitating the protected get-up.
