Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for senior leadership positions to support Pakistan’s IT and digital services export growth. Two vacancies are open with detailed qualification and experience requirements listed below.

Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in IT, business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, public-private partnerships, or related domains. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing B2B, G2B and G2G international partnerships, opening new markets, project/program management, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory facilitation. Leadership experience and prior exposure to working with regulatory authorities, chambers, provincial bodies, or business facilitation entities is desirable. |
| Director Infrastructure | 56 years (Max.) | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Architecture or a related engineering discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Higher discipline in Engineering, Management or Project Management and professional certification such as PMP is an added advantage. PEC registration preferred. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations, or related domains. Experience in construction and operations of large-scale building complexes, IT Parks, and commercial towers is desirable. Experience in planning and managing civil/engineering or infrastructure projects, approvals and multi-stakeholder engagement is required. Experience with MEP systems, HVAC, fire and life safety systems, building management systems, and vendor/contractor management is desirable. |
