Proven track record in developing/executing B2B, B2G, G2G international partnerships and opening new markets desirable. Leadership/decision-making experience, familiarity with regulatory authorities, chambers or provincial bodies considered highly relevant. |
| Director Infrastructure | 56 years (max) | Minimum 16 years of education; degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, Architecture or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Higher qualifications in Engineering Management or Project Management and professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous; PEC registration preferred. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations or related domains. Experience in construction/operations of IT parks, commercial towers or similar facilities, project/program management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory approvals, MEP/HVAC/fire safety, BMS and vendor/contractor management. Familiarity with ICT/network infrastructure an advantage; international tech-park or research facility experience desirable. |
