National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications from experienced and motivated professionals on a contract basis for multiple positions in its Engineering, Planning, Procurement and Finance functions. Initial appointments will be on contract for a period of two (02) years, extendable by one (01) year at a time subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirement. Government employees should apply through proper channel and provide NOC at the time of interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.

| 3 | Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement) | 01 | Bachelor's (16 years) in Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management with minimum 08 years post-qualification experience in procurement, tendering, contract administration and PPRA rules. Knowledge of FIDIC preferred. | 40 Years |

| 5 | Assistant Director (Engineering Works) | 01 | BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC registered) with 03–05 years post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project execution and quality control. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project. | 35 Years |
| 6 | Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts) | 01 | MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent with minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, financial management, project finance. Knowledge of ERP/financial management systems preferred. | 35 Years |
| 7 | Sub Engineer / Architect | 01 | DAE (Civil) or Bachelor's in Architecture/Civil Engineering with minimum 03 years experience in engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs and building/infrastructure projects. | 30 Years |
| 8 | Assistant (Contracts & Procurement) | 01 | Bachelor's in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Law or Supply Chain Management with minimum 03 years experience in procurement, contract documentation and office administration. | 30 Years |
