Re-Tender: Supply of Goats for “Provision of Goat to the People of PK-90” – District Livestock Kohat

The Office of the District Director Livestock & Dairy Development, Kohat invites bids for the supply of goats under the scheme “Provision of Goat to the People of PK-90”. The procurement (approx. Rs. 58.00 million) is financed from 15% Oil and Gas Royalty under ADP No. 1711/200153 for the year 2025–26. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR and hold active tax status.

Bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Tender documents are available from the EPADS/KPPRA portal and must be submitted through EPADS by 2026-07-28 (12:00 PM). A 2% call deposit is required. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-17 at 11:00 AM at the District Director Livestock office, Kohat.
