KP-TEVTA Invites E-Bids for Purchase of Training Equipment / Packages

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA), Sector E-8, Phase VII, Near Haji Complex, Hayatabad, Peshawar.

Purpose: KP-TEVTA invites electronic bids (e-bids) from authorized suppliers/manufacturers for the purchase of training equipment and packaged training tools/furniture for multiple KP-TEVTA institutes. Procurement will cover equipment and training packages for various trades and campuses under KP-TEVTA.

How to apply: Bidders must submit e-bids online through the KP-PRRA E-PADS (E-PAK Acquisition Disposal System). Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The tender process follows a Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure; e-bids must be complete in all respects and uploaded by the specified deadline. Bids will be opened on the date/time published for each package in the E-PADS system in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid security / CDR: Package-specific call deposits (bid securities) are required for each package and are specified per package in the tender documents on E-PADS.

• Procurement will be conducted via EPDAS (E-PAK Acquisition Disposal System); manual bids will not be accepted.
• Original/physical bid securities and any required documents must be submitted as directed in the tender documents.
• Incomplete or late bids will be rejected.
