Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications for two contract positions under the PSDP Project “National Semiconductor HR Development Program – Phase I.” Appointments are on a contract basis. Only online applications submitted through the specified portals will be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. Government/semi-government employees must apply through proper channel.

Degrees from foreign institutions must have HEC equivalence. Candidates with 18 years (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field may be preferred. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks or skills development programs. Certifications in curriculum design, M&E systems, EdTech integration or quality assurance in higher/technical education are advantages. Experience in technology/engineering/technical education sectors preferred. |
| Manager Procurement | PPS-08 | 50 years (max) | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s) in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign degrees require HEC equivalence. Preference for candidates with 18 years (Master’s/MBA/MS) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Public Sector Management. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycles, including public/donor-funded projects, procurement of goods & services and managing complex vendor ecosystems. Certifications such as CIPS or PMP and training in PPRA/Public Procurement rules are advantageous. Experience managing PSDP/ADP or donor-funded projects and compliance with PPRA rules preferred. |
