Candidates with 18 years of education (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field may be preferred. Degrees from foreign institutions must have HEC equivalence. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks, or skill development programs — preferably within technology/engineering/technical education. Certifications in curriculum design, M&E systems, EdTech integration, or quality assurance in higher/technical education are an advantage. |
| Manager — Procurement (PPS-08) | Up to 50 years | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree) in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or closely related field. Preference for candidates with 18 years of education (Master’s/MBA/MS) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Public Sector Management. Foreign degrees must have HEC equivalence. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public-sector procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycles for multi-sector or technology-driven projects. Proven experience managing PSDP/ADP-funded or donor-funded projects, procurement of goods & services, and working with complex vendor ecosystems. Certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or training on PPRA/Public Procurement Rules are an advantage. |
