- Fixed Bid Security (original hard copy) must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with Tender No. & Title before the e-bid submission deadline to the office of Major Muhammad Zahid Safdar, Deputy Director (RM), Regional Directorate ANF North, Plot No. 15-A, Aiza Colony, Shaheen Chowk Industrial Area near Yahama Chowk, Model Town, Islamabad.
- Only firms/contractors registered on PPRA E-PADS 2.0 as vendors will be considered.
- Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS 2.0 by 04 Aug 2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM. Public opening of bids will be the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, Regional Directorate ANF North, Aiza Colony, Shaheen Chowk Industrial Area near Yahama Chowk, Model Town, Islamabad.
- Samples and lab reports where required (e.g., dog feed) must be deposited/presented with the tender. Bids without required samples or bid security will be disqualified.
- Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004. Firms providing incorrect information may face legal action and disqualification.
- Documents required for pre-qualification: (a) FBR registration certificate showing active GST & active NTN; (b) Affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm/contractor is not blacklisted and no litigation is pending; (c) Complete bank statement covering the period July 2025 to July 2026.
