Submission & Bid Security: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure. All e-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-30. Bids will be opened the same day 30 minutes after closing. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost is required in the form of CDR/Banker's Cheque/Bank Guarantee in favor of Director, VRI, Lahore, and must be uploaded/submitted on the e-Procurement System with the technical bid, otherwise the offer will be rejected.
Contract Award & Performance Guarantee: On acceptance of the tender, 5% of the total bid amount shall be deposited as performance guarantee (PPRA Rule #56) before issuance of the supply order.
