Tender Notice — Framework Contract for Medical, Surgical, Dental, Laboratory & Orthopedic Supplies (FY 2026-2027) — THQ Hospital Fort Abbas

THQ Hospital Fort Abbas (Procuring Agency) invites online e-Bids on Punjab e-Procurement system for framework contracts to supply day-to-day medicines, surgical & disposable items, X-ray films & chemicals, laboratory chemicals & items, dental items, general store/miscellaneous items, stationery, printing and orthopedic commodities for the financial year 2026-2027.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Eligible bidders: manufacturers, sole agents or sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- e-Bids to be submitted online via Punjab e-procurement (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Submission deadline: on or before 2026-08-06 at 10:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.

- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost for each lot, to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker’s cheque as specified in tender documents.

- Bidding documents, specifications and terms & conditions are available for download from Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab e-procurement (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) after publication.

- Separate bids required for each lot (lots 1 to 8). Bid validity: 90 days from opening date.

- Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificate must be provided where applicable.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject/accept bids in accordance with applicable Punjab procurement rules and guidelines.
