How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available from the CPEIC website and can also be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and e-procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) until the closing date.
Procurement method and conditions: Bids will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2) of the Punjab PPR-2014 (amended). Bidders must submit required bid security and comply with all bidding instructions. Incomplete, conditional or late bids will not be entertained. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government of Punjab rules.
Bid validity: Quoted rates must remain valid until 2027-06-30. Shorter validity will result in rejection.
