- Eligibility: Firms of good repute with financial soundness, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, and firms operating institutional pharmacy business or registered pharmacies of District Vehari holding a valid retail drug sale license.
- Bidding procedure: Online submission through the Punjab e-procurement system platform. Bids will be evaluated under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 using Open Competitive Bidding (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope).
- Bid security: Must accompany bids (valid for 120 days) in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. Original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent on the same day, one hour before bid opening, otherwise the bidder will be disqualified.
