Tender for Repair and Supply of Spare Parts for CPO Vehicles — AIG Police Logistics, Gilgit

The Office of the Inspector General of Police, Gilgit-Baltistan (AIG Police Logistics, Central Police Office, Konodas, Gilgit) invites sealed bids from reputed, financially sound firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments for repair, maintenance and supply of spare parts for CPO vehicles and two-wheelers for the financial year 2026–2027.

Submit sealed bids to AIG Police Logistics, Central Police Office (CPO), KU Road, Konodas, Gilgit by 07-08-2026 (received by 11:00 hours). Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hours the same day. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure; bidders must provide earnest money (call deposit/bid security) of Rs.600,000, a performance guarantee of 10% (call deposit/bank guarantee), and pay Rs.8,000 to MT Branch CPO to obtain bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately as specified in the tender documents.
