DHQ Hospital Lodhran Tender: Supply of Medicines & Surgical Disposable Items (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: DHQ Hospital Lodhran (Medical Superintendent). Invitation for electronic bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement of medical supplies for Financial Year 2026-27.

Purpose: Framework contract / local purchase for medicines and surgical disposable items for day-to-day and emergency use. Bids to follow single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) PPR-2014. Warranty requirements for particular items must be stated in the technical specifications.

Eligibility: Registered suppliers/manufacturers/firms engaged in trading, registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax), holding a professional tax certificate for FY-2026-27 from the Excise & Taxation Department, and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bid security: Scanned bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of the respective lot must accompany electronic bids. Late bids will be rejected.
