Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). CDA invites applications for multiple professional positions to staff the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition and Expo Centre. Positions are on contract basis.

| Manager Civil | 01 / PPS-9 | Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). Registered Professional Engineer (PEC). Minimum ~10 years' experience in large-scale building & infrastructure projects. | 30–45 |
| Manager MEP | 01 / PPS-9 | Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred). Registered Professional Engineer (PEC). Minimum ~10 years' experience in building & infrastructure projects, MEP systems, commissioning and site supervision. | 30–45 |
| Manager IT | 01 / PPS-9 | Bachelor's in Computer/Telecom/Electrical & Electronics or Information Technology. Approx. 10 years' experience in IT, AV, security, smart building systems, networks and systems integration. | 30–45 |
| Manager BIM | 01 / PPS-9 | Bachelor's in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or related field. Professional certification in BIM platforms and minimum ~5 years' BIM implementation experience on major projects. | 30–45 |
| Manager Finance | 01 / PPS-9 | MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA or equivalent. Minimum ~10 years' experience in project/infrastructure finance, public-sector financial procedures preferred. | 30–45 |
| Documentation Officer | 01 / PPS-7 | Bachelor's in Business / Information Management / Library Sciences or related field. Relevant experience in documentation, records management and project documentation systems. | 30–40 |
