Military Engineer Services (PAF) Chaklala Tender — Provision of Facilities at PAF Bases (13 Aug 2026)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (DW & CE PAF), Chaklala. Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rule 13 for provision of certain facilities at multiple PAF bases. Interested firms/contractors must meet the eligibility and documentation requirements listed below.

Eligibility and documentation (as stated):

• Firms must furnish details including work orders, locations and pictures of completed projects, along with satisfactory completion certificates from clients.
• Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services is required.
• Registration with PEC in the relevant field is required.
• Provide list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years.
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department and that there is no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation and no outstanding recoveries.
• Enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 or above with validity at least up to June 2026.
• Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. In case of non-enlisted firms, 2% bid security (refundable) must be provided.

Submission and tender process:

• Tenders to be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF), Chaklala by 11:30 hours on 2026-08-13. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours.
• Bidding documents will be made available and a set will be provided on request subject to payment of the document price (cost of printing).
• Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA rules.
