Invitation to Bidders – Purchase of Medicines (Framework Contract FY 2026-27) – Lahore Zoo

Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department (Lahore Zoo) invites sealed electronic bids for the purchase of medicines under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA) on a Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement system.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted/uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement system.

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-04 at 12:00 PM. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-08-04 at 12:30 PM.

- Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value in an accepted form (e.g., CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, Pay Order).

- Bid validity: Bids must remain valid for 120 days after the date of opening.

- Eligibility: Open to eligible bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietorships and general order suppliers duly registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and relevant tax/registration authorities.

- Documents: Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA (Punjab) website: https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Follow the PPRA/e-Procurement portal for submission details and the tender document.

- Rights: The Procuring Agency / Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department reserves the right to reject all bids and to stop the bidding process as per PPRA rules.
