Corrigendum to RSQ for Privatisation of FESCO, GEPCO & IESCO — Privatisation Commission

Issuer: Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Corrigendum / Addendum (I) to the Request for Statement of Qualification (RSQ) for the privatisation of Batch I DISCOs: FESCO, GEPCO and IESCO.

Key amendment — Financial statements requirement:

The RSQ definition of "Financial Statements" has been amended. For the purpose of this RSQ the minimum requirement shall include the last three (3) years audited financial statements of the entity, with the latest being not older than for the financial year ended June 30, 2025.

In cases where the entity has financial statements available for a financial year end subsequent to June 30, 2025 and such financial statements are not yet audited, those financial statements may be submitted as management accounts along with a letter from the auditor confirming when the audit of the management accounts will be made available. Such audited financial statements must then be submitted no later than 2026-10-31.

Except for the above amendment, all other terms and conditions of the RSQ remain unchanged.
