Tender: Supply of Office Stationery to Peshawar High Court (E-PAD) – Deadline 2026-08-20

Issuer: Registrar, Peshawar High Court, Peshawar. Sealed tenders are invited through the E-PAD system from registered firms/suppliers for supply of stationery items to Peshawar High Court.

Submission method: Online submission via E-PAD only. Tender documents, specifications and quantities can be obtained from the Office of the Incharge Stationery Clerk, Peshawar High Court during office hours or downloaded from the Peshawar High Court and KPPRA websites.

Key conditions:

• Deadline for submission: 2026-08-20. Tenders must reach the undersigned on or before 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
• Earnest money: Call deposit equal to 2% of the total bid amount must accompany the tender in the name of Registrar, Peshawar High Court. Tenders without required earnest money will be rejected.
• Suppliers must provide Sales Tax Registration Number and Bank Account Number with their bids.
• Successful bidder will be bound to supply ordered items within fifteen (15) days after issue of supply order; failure to supply within stipulated period may forfeit earnest money/call deposit and other legal remedies.
• Purchases will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
• The court reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and/or assign reasons for award decisions.
