Copy of CNIC; valid PEC registration and category relevant to the field; active NTN (FBR) and SRB registration (Sindh); valid professional tax certificate; affidavit that bidder is not blacklisted and has no pending litigation with government/semi-government during last five years; minimum average annual turnover and minimum relevant experience as required in bidding documents; list of machinery/equipment.
Other Important Conditions:
Bid security must accompany the bid; an Integrity Pact on stamp paper (Rs.100) is required; bids will be evaluated in two envelopes (technical and financial) per SPPRA rules; technical proposals will be opened first with financials opened later for technically qualified bids; the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as per SPPRA rules.
