Cantonment Board Wah Cantt Notice: Proposed Transfer of Property Rights (No. 696-B) to Riffat Parveen

Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment gives notice that, according to office records, Property No. 696-B (Survey No. 16, Schedule IX-A) at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt is registered in the name of Abdul Aziz son of Fazal Din. Abdul Aziz, by document No. 753 dated 2023-12-07, appointed Muhammad Tahir son of Nazir (resident of House No. 115-G, Officer's Colony, Wah Cantt) as his general power of attorney. Muhammad Tahir has applied for transfer of the hereditary (peshadari) rights in this property to his wife, Riffat Parveen, wife of Muhammad Tahir, under Sharia.

Any person or institution having an objection must submit it with supporting evidence within 15 days of this notice’s publication by registered post or present it at the office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantt. Otherwise proceedings will follow as per rules and no appeal in this regard will be accepted.
