Cantonment Board Wah Cantt Notice: Proposed Transfer of Plot No. 511-8 (Survey No. 16), Lala Rukh

Cantonment Board Wah Cantt notifies that, according to office records, Plot No. 511-8 (Survey No. 16) at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, registered in the name of Abdul Latif Khan (deceased 2022-11-02), is proposed to be transferred to his legal heirs following issuance of succession certificate No. 114/25 dated 2025-02-22 by Civil Judge First Class, Taxila. The named heirs have applied to the Cantonment Board for transfer of title.

Any person or institution having objection must submit it with supporting evidence to the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt office within fifteen (15) days of this notice’s publication, by registered post or by presenting it in person; otherwise proceedings will be completed and no later appeals will be accepted.
