PITB Invitation to Bid for IT Hardware & Networking for HMIS (PESSI) and e-Governance Digitization Projects

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites sealed bids for two separate procurement packages: (a) procurement of IT hardware and networking equipment for implementation of the HMIS at PESSI hospitals (Project ITOPS-04) and (b) procurement of IT/equipment for digitization of various e-Governance projects (Project EGOV-09).

Submission & bidding procedure: Procurements will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (separate technical and financial envelopes). Tender documents are available for download from PITB and PPRA websites. Bidders must submit bid security as specified in the tender documents and follow the envelope requirements and submission process outlined in the tender.

Notes: Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected in accordance with procurement rules. All other eligibility, qualification, warranty and delivery requirements are specified in the tender documents.
