NESPAK Tender: Procurement of Office Equipment for Punjab Site Offices – E-Bids by 2026-08-10

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites e-bids for the procurement of office equipment for its site offices located in various districts of Punjab. Authorized distributors, manufacturers, and general suppliers may submit bids under the project containing the following lots against one contract.

Eligibility: Authorized distributors, manufacturers, or general suppliers. Bids failing to meet eligibility criteria or required specifications, or submitted after the due date, will not be considered.

Submission method: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk).

Deadline and opening: E-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-08-10 up to 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

Financial and legal: Payment will be made after deduction of all taxes applicable as per prevailing Government laws. NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA.
