IESCO Tender No. 61 — Repair of 200 kVA Damaged Distribution Transformers

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No. 40, Islamabad.

Key eligibility and conditions:

- Firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs / PPMC / WAPDA / NGC (formerly NTDC) and with FBR may apply.

- Tender procedure: Single Stage, One Envelope basis.

- Prices must be firm and final on FCS basis without any foreign exchange escalation.

- Bid validity: 120 calendar days from bid opening.

- Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee / CDR issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad.

Written applications on company letterhead with copies of CNIC, GST/NTN and other required documents must be produced at the time of issuance of tender documents as per instructions in the tender notice.
