Tender: Procurement of Medicines (Framework Contract) — Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department (Lahore Zoo)

Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department (Director, Lahore Zoo) invites sealed electronic bids on a Framework Contract basis for the procurement of medicine for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding is under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure via the e-Procurement system.

Eligibility: Firms, companies, sole proprietorships, and general order suppliers duly registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and with relevant tax/regulatory authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax/PRA). Bidders must be engaged in the relevant trade.

Bid Submission: Electronic bids must be submitted/uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by Bank of Punjab.

Deadline and Opening: Electronic bids must be submitted before 2026-08-04 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders may attend the opening in the Committee Room of Lahore Zoo, Lahore.

Bid Validity: 120 days from the date of bid opening.

Procurement Rights: The Procuring Agency / Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department reserves the right to reject all bids or cancel the bidding process at any time prior to contract award under PPRA laws.
