Aslam Energy (Private) Limited (AEPL) and Aslam Energy Resources (Private) Limited (AERL) give notice of a Scheme of Arrangement dated 2026-06-30 concerning the demerger of AEPL into a demerged undertaking and a retained undertaking and the simultaneous amalgamation of the demerged undertaking with and into AERL. The Scheme requires shareholder approval and subsequent sanction by the Honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore.
