National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites e-bids from authorized distributors, manufacturers, and general suppliers for procurement of office equipment for NESPAK site offices located in various districts of Punjab. Procurement is under a project containing the following lots to be awarded against one contract.

Submission method: E-Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk).
Deadline: E-Bids must be submitted on or before August 10, 2026 up to 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of those who choose to attend.
Important conditions: Bids submitted without fulfilling the eligibility criteria or required specifications, or received after the due date, will not be considered. Payment will be made after deduction of all taxes as applicable under prevailing government laws. NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids according to the provision of Rule 33 of PPRA.
