Public Notice: Unauthorized Use of SAIF / SAIF GROUP Trademarks

Issuing party: SAIF GROUP (acting through counsel Karimullah Adeni, Attorney at Law, Ali & Associates).

Purpose: Notice to the public regarding unauthorized use and infringement of the registered trademarks/trade name "SAIF" and/or "SAIF GROUP". The notice warns customers, dealers, e-commerce platforms, trade channels, regulatory and trade authorities to exercise caution when dealing with services offered under the unauthorized mark, which has no nexus or association with SAIF GROUP.

Allegations and affected sectors: Unauthorized adoption/use of the marks "SAIF" and "SAIF GROUP" in relation to Real Estate and Construction (and related services) is specifically identified.

Rights reserved: SAIF GROUP declares it is the sole legal and equitable proprietor of the trademarks/trade name and has registered these rights with the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan. The notice reserves all rights and remedies available under law, including injunctive relief, damages, rendition of accounts, delivery-up and other civil and criminal remedies.
