Pakistan Railways invites proposals from pre-qualified firms/companies/JVs for outsourcing operation and management of three existing Concrete Sleeper Factories (Khanewal, Sukkur and Kohat Cantt) on a 15-year concession under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
