Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for senior leadership positions to support Pakistan's IT and IT-enabled services export growth. Eligible, highly capable professionals are sought for the roles listed below. Applications must be submitted as instructed by the closing date.

| Chief Business Development Officer | Maximum 56 years | Minimum 16 years of education; degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Management / Economics / Business Administration / Public Policy / Finance / Marketing or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in IT/business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, public-private partnerships; proven experience developing and executing B2B, G2B, G2G and international partnerships; leadership/decision-making experience (approx. 3 years preferred); experience working with regulatory authorities, chambers or government facilitation units desirable. |
| Director Infrastructure | Maximum 56 years | Minimum 16 years of education; degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering or related engineering discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications and professional certifications (e.g., PMP); PEC registration preferred. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations or related domains; experience in construction/operations of large building complexes, IT parks or commercial towers; exposure to MEP systems, HVAC, fire & life safety, BMS and vendor/contractor management; leadership/decision-making experience (approx. 3 years preferred); familiarity with ICT/network infrastructure an advantage. |
