Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan. PSEB invites experienced professionals for senior roles to support Pakistan's IT and IT-enabled services export growth.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Key Experience / Requirements
Chief Business Development Officer	Maximum 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education; degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Finance, Marketing or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.	Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in IT, business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, public–private partnerships or related domains. Proven experience developing and executing B2B, G2B and G2G international partnerships and opening new markets or attracting international clientele. Relevant project/program management experience involving stakeholder coordination, regulatory facilitation, or ecosystem development (approx. 3 years preferred). Leadership/decision-making experience, ideally ~3 years in a technology-focused, export-oriented or public-sector organization. Experience engaging regulatory authorities, chambers, provincial bodies or business facilitation units is highly relevant.
Director Infrastructure	Maximum 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education; degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, Architecture or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Higher qualifications in Engineering Management/Project Management and certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous. PEC registration preferred (eligibility to register acceptable).	Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations or related domains. Experience in construction and operations of large-scale building complexes, IT parks, commercial towers or similar facilities is desirable. Strategic planning and management of high-value civil/infrastructure projects, particularly in the public sector, is highly relevant. Project/program management experience with stakeholder coordination, regulatory approvals and multi-stakeholder engagement (approx. 3 years preferred). Exposure to facility O&M functions (MEP, HVAC, fire & life safety, BMS), vendor/contractor management and leadership roles ~3 years preferred. Familiarity with ICT/network infrastructure and prior international experience in tech park or research facility development are advantages.
