PASSCO Invitation to Bid — Sale of Damaged Wheat (8,197.989 MT +15%)

Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO) invites sealed bids for the sale of 8,197.989 metric tons (+15%) of damaged wheat (unfit / not safe for human consumption) on an "As is Where is" basis, lying at various PASSCO zones. Bids must follow the terms and conditions in the bid document.

Key points:

• Bid document fee: Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable), payable in cash to the Account Officer of the concerned PASSCO Zonal Office — purchase of the bid document is mandatory for participation. Proof of purchase must be submitted with the bid.
• Bid security: Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of PASSCO as specified against each centre in the tender document. Cash, cheque, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Security Deposit Receipt (SDR) or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
• Bids must be signed, sealed, complete and addressed to the concerned Zonal Head / "Supervisory Officer (Damaged Wheat)" and submitted in the bid box at the respective PASSCO Zonal Office before the stated submission time.
• Bids remain valid for sixty (60) days from the opening date.
• Bid documents may be viewed on PPRA (https://www.ppra.gov.pk) and PASSCO (https://www.passco.gov.pk) for information; purchase from the zonal office is mandatory.
