Eligibility and submission requirements:

• Applicants must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as specified in the notice. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and who satisfy special conditions for the job and area.
• Contractors must certify in writing that they are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a Government Department in any court of law and that no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) exists against them.
• Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening.

Other conditions: The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
