OGRA Public Hearing: Core Gas (Pvt) Ltd Application for Licence to Sell Natural Gas

Issuer: Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).

Purpose: Public hearing on the application by Core Gas (Private) Limited for grant of a licence to undertake the regulated activity of sale of natural gas under Rule 4 of the Natural Gas Regulatory Authority (Licensing) Rules, 2002. The applicant states the application date as 2025-06-20 and indicates intent to purchase indigenous gas under applicable Pakistan policies and transport the gas via the SNGPL pipeline network to end consumers.

How to participate/submit interventions:

• Persons or parties likely to be affected may appear or send comments/representations. Interventions must be filed along with a fee of Rs. 500/- through the OGRA online payment system (OGRA website).
• An affidavit verifying the contents of the communication must be submitted before the date of the public hearing.
• Copies of documents submitted by the applicant can be obtained upon payment of prescribed charges (Rs. 2/- per page) from the office of the Senior Registrar or downloaded from OGRA’s official website.
