Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a public hearing on the application of Core Gas (Private) Limited for grant of a licence for sale of natural gas under Rule 4 of the Natural Gas Regulatory Authority (Licensing) Rules, 2002. The applicant proposes to purchase indigenous gas under Pakistan Petroleum (Exploration & Production) Policy, 2012 and the Framework for implementation of the PC-I decision on 35% sale of natural gas to third parties.
Interested parties, stakeholders and persons likely to be affected may attend or submit interventions/representations. Interventions must be filed along with the fee of Rs. 500/- through the OGRA online payment system and accompanied by an affidavit verifying the contents. Copies of documents submitted by the applicant can be obtained from the Senior Registrar’s office on payment of prescribed charges or downloaded from OGRA’s website.
