Tender Notice No. 15/2026 — Procurement of Various Supplies & Services (Pak Secretariat, Islamabad)

Public sector organization (Pak Secretariat) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with Sales Tax Department for supply of various items and services. Tender documents are available on submission of non-refundable tender fee and written request during working days. Tenders will be received up to 14:00 hours on the respective date of opening and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders.

How to obtain and submit documents:

- Tender documents issued from the office of Head (Procurement), H-Block, Near K-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad between 09:00–13:00 (Mon–Fri) on submission of required tender fee (non-refundable) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order payable to Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted. Call deposits will not be accepted.

- Tenders must be submitted by the stated deadline (up to 14:00 hrs) on each package's date of opening. Late or conditional bids are subject to rejection. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids.
