PDA Tender: Construction of Padel Court & Allied Works — Mini Sports Complex Phase III, Hayatabad

Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA). PDA invites sealed bids through EPADS for the construction of a padel court and allied works in Mini Sports Complex Phase-III, Hayatabad, Peshawar.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements (readers must satisfy and upload proof): registration on ePADS; registration/active enlistment with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); KPRA (active); Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) / NTN active; PDA/Provincial enlistment committee KP as applicable. Contractors must submit all mandatory documents, including affidavit of not being blacklisted, proof of registrations and any required additional security. Technical bids will be opened as per tender conditions; financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened in presence of bidders/representatives.
