Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Concrete Sleeper Factories Directorate, Headquarters Office, Empress Road, Lahore.
Purpose: Outsourcing operation, rehabilitation, upgradation, maintenance and operation of three existing Pakistan Railways Concrete Sleeper Factories on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis for a 15-year concession.
Eligible applicants: Only pre-qualified firms / companies / joint ventures (JVs). Bidding will follow PPRA Rules 36(b) using a Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. Applicants may apply for one or more factories; a separate proposal and bid security are required for each project applied for.
