National Highway Authority (Central Zone), Government of Pakistan, invites e-Bids (Single Stage - Two Envelope) from eligible contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, holding a valid PEC license for financial year 2025-26 in the required category/specialization for the following packages. Bidding documents will be available for download from the NHA website from 2026-07-10. Completed e-Bids must be submitted by 11:00 Hours on 2026-07-21; Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours.
Submission/registration notes: Prospective bidders must follow the e-procurement procedures on eprocure.gov.pk. EPAD (PPRA) registration is advised. Manual (hard-copy) bids may be phased out. For queries and document access contact the Central Zone office.
